Gentle yoga shaped for your present-moment needs.

About Me

I discovered yoga 20 years ago as a yin to the yang of my boxing workouts. In my 40s, the practice became essential to my well-being as I embarked on a journey of lifestyle change. I lost weight, changed my relationship with food, and increased my body awareness . Along the way, I learned that an open mind, patience, and creativity are the keys to personal transformation.

I teach with this same mindset to make yoga approachable for people of all ages and all bodies. I'll meet you where you are, physically and mentally. Instead of offering scripted classes, I shape sessions intuitively, based on your specific needs. Classes incorporate breath work, meditation, mobility and range of motion exploration as well as stretches, relaxation, and strength work.

I believe it's important to nurture your body instead of punishing it. With a gentle style that fosters self care and self acceptance, I create a supportive environment to help you find what's best for you in the present moment.

Because I believe yoga should be inclusive and accessible for all, I offer a special rate for Black, Indigenous, and people of color as well as for anyone experiencing economic hardship. Use the code COMMUNITY for a 50% discount on drop-in rates and class packages.
