Maybe you need a little yoga...

Hi, how've you been, %FIRSTNAME%?
A few people have hit me up this week, looking for a little respite from the holiday season. So the time seems right to put it out there, that yes, I'm still teaching yoga!
You're invited to practice with me and my regulars Friday mornings at 9:30 am and Sunday mornings at 11 am. For the month of December, I'm adding Tuesdays at 7 pm. All classes are virtual.
The Tuesday evening classes in December will focus on the spine and joints. We'll unwind from the day with joint rotations and spinal twists. We'll flow through yoga asanas together with gentle, meditative movement. And we'll embrace a few moments of quiet and stillness with a final relaxation in savasana.
It can be hard to slow down and take care of yourself during the holidays. I'm here to guide you into that head space, so you can let go and get in touch your body, mind, and heart.
If you're feeling overwhelmed or looking for peace, maybe you need a little yoga. :)
