Early Morning Flow
Set the tone of your day with 30 minutes of energizing sun salutations and flow to wake up your body. Followed by an extended Loving Kindness meditation to build empathy and a positive mindset. Class is 40-45 minutes.
Friday Morning Flow
Gentle movement, breath work, and meditation. An energizing practice to start your day.
