New Year Intentions

Have you heard? Intentions are the new resolutions. Let go of those unrealistic goals to lose weight or give up bad habits. Instead, set intentions for how you want to enrich your life. It’s a different way of framing your mindset for achievement.

Perhaps you want to live a healthier lifestyle. Make headway on your creative pursuits? Or maybe it will help if you work on improving the communication in your relationships.

Whatever you’d like to do to make your life more fulfilling and meaningful, you might find the intention meditation helpful in this week’s Sunday morning class.

Morning Flow - Intentions Exploration

We’ll coordinate breathwork with gentle movement to prepare for a meditation that will help explore our hearts’ desires and set intentions for the new year.
